Terms of Service

Effective Date: 08-01-2025                Welcome to Phoenix Services Transportation (PTS). By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
Phoenix Services Transportation offers private transportation services, including hourly rides and flat-rate transfers to airports, cruise terminals, and other destinations throughout the Houston, TX area.

2. Booking & Cancellations
Clients are encouraged to book in advance to ensure availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to full service charges.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payment options. Gratuity is not required but appreciated.

4. Conduct & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior. Passengers are expected to follow all safety rules, including seat belt use and local transportation laws.

5. Liability
While we take great care to ensure your safety and comfort, Phoenix Services Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Changes to Terms
PTS reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
