Refund Policy
At Phoenix Services Transportation, we value your time and trust. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a partial refund or service credit, depending on the circumstances.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
If your scheduled ride is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle issues, severe weather), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
